Sri Vidya Sadhna
Srividya is a Hindu tantric school of thought, according to which Mahashakti is worshiped as Lalita Tripurasundari, Bhubaneswari etc. One thousand names of this form are found in the Lalita Sahasranama hymn. This great Sadhana emphasizes both worldly prosperity and self-enquiry. This Sadhana is truly Gurmukhi.
Devi is the supreme deity in Srividya Sadhana. He is worshiped in an image called Sriyantra or Srichakra. The three dimensional form of Sri Yantra is the Meru Chakra. It is made of stone, crystal or metal. In some cases, an eight-metal Sriyantra wrapped in gold is also worshipped. Sri Yantra is mentioned in the Vedas.
